James A. Frazier, Jr. was born in Louisville, Kentucky and raised in Longwood, Florida, graduating from Lake Brantley High School. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at Florida State University.
Mr. Frazier earned his law degree at Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of the Mock Trial Team and a Student Government Representative. He was also active in the local community, performing pro bono legal work with Gulf Coast Legal Services for the citizens of Pinellas County, Florida.
After graduation, Mr. Frazier returned to Central Florida to represent individuals in the areas of personal injury law, workers compensation and insurance disputes. He has achieved recoveries for clients against some of the world’s largest corporations, including Wal-Mart Stores and the Walt Disney Company, as well as Orlando Regional Healthcare System and the governments of Seminole County, Orange County and the City of Orlando. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Frazier is married with three young children. The Fraziers are active members of Northland, A Church Distributed.
