Our Attorneys

James Frazier

James A. Frazier, Jr. was born in Louisville, Kentucky and raised in Longwood, Florida, graduating from Lake Brantley High School. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at Florida State University.

Mr. Frazier earned his law degree at Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of the Mock Trial Team and a Student Government Representative. He was also active in the local community, performing pro bono legal work with Gulf Coast Legal Services for the citizens of Pinellas County, Florida.

After graduation, Mr. Frazier returned to Central Florida to represent individuals in the areas of personal injury law, medical malpractice and insurance disputes. He has achieved recoveries for clients against some of the world’s largest corporations, including Wal-Mart Stores and the Walt Disney Company, as well as Orlando Regional Healthcare System and the governments of Seminole County, Orange County and the City of Orlando. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Frazier is married with five children. The Fraziers are active members of Northland, A Church Distributed.

Tami L. Diebel

Tami L. Diebel was born at the Altas Air Force Base in Oklahoma and raised in Iowa. Mrs. Diebel received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa in 1996 and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2003. She was admitted to the Florida Bar and United States District Court, Middle District of Florida in 2003. Mrs. Diebel has supported several non-profit groups over years in many capacities including Leukemia Lymphoma Society, PACE Center for Girls, Kids Beating Cancer, Inc., and the N. Donald Diebel, Jr., M.D. Good Samaritan Fund. She is currently a member of the Sanford Chamber of Commerce, WOAMTEC, and Toast Masters of Winter Park.

Tami has spent the majority of the past six years defending physicians and hospitals against medical malpractice lawsuits. She also has extensive experience in slip and fall injuries, collections, administrative law and contracts.

Tami lives in Winter Park and is married with 1 child.
